Production Sewing

Our team of experienced sewers and cutters combined with our vast array of machinery means we are well equipped to produce most sewn products. Our specialty is high-quality products at the best possible price and on time.

Lead times for product production are typically 30 days during summer and 15-25 days from fall to spring. We support both large and small orders with our low minimum order of 25 units per size and the option to mix and match colors.

We have experience with a large variety of textiles such as silk, knit, furs, leathers, lycra, denier, woven, satin, spandex, cotton, velvet, and many more.

Our equipment and machinery consist of riveting, snaps, and grommet equipment, electronic single needles, double needles, sergers, long arms, cylinder arms, buttonhole and button press, cover stitch, bar tack, and more.

Sample Making

Samples are a prerequisite to every production order. We can make a variety of samples, including prototype samples, production samples, and showroom samples. We ask that you bring in a design pattern for sample making. If you don't have a design pattern available, we can point you to some local pattern makers. Sample turnaround time is usually 5-7 business days.

Design Assistance

Through a collaborative design process, we can improve prototype samples. We can help streamline functionality, enhance aesthetics, and reduce the material cost for any of your designs.

Packaging

Folding, steaming, tagging, wrapping, bagging, labeling are all available when we package your product.

Quality Control

All produced goods undergo a quality control check to ensure you receive the highest quality product. Feel free to contact us if you found an issue with a product.

Material Resourcing

We can help you find the materials for your design. Our years of knowledge in the industry allow us to provide you with a library of contacts for textiles, trims, notions, and ancillary services.

Repair and Alterations

Need a quick fix or have defective products that need to be adjusted? We can handle the repair or alteration of any number of products and the disassembling and reassembling of goods. Drop by and we can take a look!
